Anna Dirksen is a communications advisor to governments, nonprofits, and the private sector, with experience in infectious disease control, chronic conditions, and health care financing and delivery. Over the course of her career, she has provided strategic communications counsel and support to a variety of United Nations agencies, including the World Health Organization (WHO); leading nonprofits like the International AIDS Society (IAS); and key government agencies, such as the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC). She is the author of two books, Searching for Health and Voices in Dementia Care.
